For a long time, compared to basic education, special education curriculum reform has always been a serious lag state. Rehabilitation of autistic children around early language curriculum development, language can better meet the rehabilitation needs of autistic children, autistic children is essential for the promotion of language skills improve. Accordingly, expand early childhood autism and speech rehabilitation program generation and management without delay. Taking Jilin Experimental School in special education, early language development of children with autism rehabilitation programs, implementation, investigation and analysis of management status evaluation, understand the current inadequacies of autistic children early language rehabilitation program management exist. Secondly, curriculum implementation and management of collective lesson planning discussions and exchanges fewer financial constraints, teacher stress, teacher stress burden, classroom efficiency is not high, parents are not satisfied with the curriculum, curriculum implementation in terms of effectiveness checks, lack of systematic inspection system, check relatively simple way, principals and teach department director did not give full play to the role of management itself should be. In addition, during the time course of the implementation of management, not actively seeking guidance and assistance to the experts and so on. Third, management of teachers’participation in curriculum evaluation curriculum evaluation less, and did not establish the actual situation of the school and the school consistent evaluation system, evaluation system is not perfect, poor implementation of evaluation methods, evaluation and feedback are not in place and so on around the problems propose appropriate adjustments.
