Research On The Construction Of Xiangxi Mass Sport Service Information Platform In The Background Of “Internet+”

With the proposition of the concept“Internet plus sport, alongside the introduction of several related governmental policies, the establishment of mass sport service information platform has been operated in some districts. Meanwhile, due to the low utilization rate of sports venues, the low level of informationalize on mass sport, the lack on correct fitness instruction, the development of mass sport in Xiang Xi has gone into a dilemma. So it is crucial to build a mass sport service information platform in Xiang Xi combining Internet plus with sport. Based on the background of “Internet plus”, my thesis begins with the feasibility and necessity of establishing mass sport service information platform in Xiang Xi, integrates the current situation of mass sport,to discuss the probable way of settling the insufficiency listed above, as well as to set examples for other district, especially the minority areas, on building mass sport service information platform.Interview, case study, field research, network survey are used as research methods to conclude the following items1)The main obstacles to the development of mass sport in Xiang Xi are the the low level of informationalize and network, the need of exercise is hard to meet due to the lack of sports facilities and the low rate of utilization of sports venues, as well as the low level of sport industrialization, which can be solved efficiently through mass sport service information platform.2)Advantages like governmental support, economic growth, investment coming and the strategy agreement made between “internet plus Xiang Xi” and Tencent company are making the establishment of mass sport service information platform much more available.3)The current situation of integrated sports information platform in Guang Zhou and Chong Qing, public fitness service platform in Hubei are set as examples to provide guidance on establishing mass sport service information platform, with the content on construction mode, operational ways,etc.4)Through the study on the cases from other districts, combining with the current developing situation and the sports cultural features of Xiang Xi, to analyze mass sport service information platform in a macro content such as the target, user ’ s needs,structural framework. Also to function the 3 sub-platforms(PC, we chat, APP) with venue reservation, sports exercise and training, inner communication, which would built a foundation of the continuing development of mass sport in Xiang Xi.
