Since the reform and opening up, our society has entered a comprehensive transition period. With the establishment of market economy system, the social life shows a huge gap between rapid economic growth and a sharp slowdown in the College Teachers’ moral, ethics has great influence and impact. College Teachers’ Professional ethics quality is directly related to the development of higher education and talent cultivation, determines the development and reform of the whole education career success. Therefore, it has important and far-reaching social significance of research on The College Teachers’ morality.Morality is the specification of teachers’ behavior, behavioral norms education relationship adjustment in educational activities combined, can regulate the function of promoting education, incentive function and social function of radiation. With the higher education massification, marketization and internationalization development, the construction of professional ethics of teachers appear role conflict and moral dilemma, job burnout and role play, evaluation that the force and the alienation of the morality, etc. many behavioral difficulties. Teachers from being sacred and demonized and model phenomenon coexist, causing a series of psychological difficulties of university teachers, increase the difficulty of the construction of teachers’ ethics. Strengthening the construction of College Teachers’ morality, we must adhere to the rigorous scholarship, the paragon of virtue and teaching in accordance with the law, and perfecting the system of teacher evaluation, the perfection of moral supervision mechanism.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis, combing and analysis of the development process of Chinese and foreign history appeared on the teachers and their occupation theory and case data; Using the causal analysis of College Teachers’ Professional ethics dilemma, psychological difficulties and its causes; By using the method of comparative analysis between Chinese and foreign teachers’ occupation ethics system, and strive to put forward reasonable suggestions for the social transition period to strengthen occupation morality construction of College teachers.
