Purposes:Vibration training as a new sports training, and has been widely used for athletes to increase muscle strength, balance, etc. The purpose of this study is twofold: first to investigate the effect of different vibration frequencies on physiological indicators and the basic quality of college students hope by vibration training improve the physical quality of contemporary college students and college students looking to improve the physical fitness of the most effective combination of vibration training; secondly Students investigate an improved physical fitness of vibration training optimal intervention period; but also for sports coaches members and sport scientists to more scientific and safe use of vibration training equipment to improve athletic ability to provide reliable theoretical basis and reference. Methods:Vibration through vibration training platform for college students regularly quantitative intervention training, the training process with real-time monitoring system, blood pressure recorded physiological indices HRV, heart rate, blood pressure and other subjects, and training intensity monitor; by Sit and Reach and other measuring instruments were tested before and after recording the subjects of the experiment lower extremity muscle strength, flexibility, balance and other basic physical indicators and the indicators using spss data obtained experimentally paired T-test, ANOVA(multiple comparisons) and other statistical methods to obtain the results.Result:1) the vibration frequency of the vibration of 30 Hz and 40 Hz training group for increasing lower extremity muscle strength exercise have better benefits, which enhance the rate of 11.60% and 10.50%, respectively; 2) 20 Hz and 30 Hz vibration training group performance for flexibility quality better, enhance rate of 25.14%, respectively and 28.69%; 3) 30 Hz and 40 Hz vibration group trained in cardiopulmonary function and the cardiovascular system than the 20 Hz vibration training group and no vibration training group better, enhance their rate of 8.41% and 11.19%, respectively; 4) vibration training for the body composition of college students in improving effect is not obvious; 5) the ability to balance the impact of the effect of 20 Hz vibration training group showed significantly >30Hz vibration training group> traditional training> 40 Hz vibration training group; 6) the six-week period of vibration for lower limb muscles strength, balance, and changes in lung function is of great significance; study found that each of the vibration of the lower limb muscle strength training group from the sixth week began to increase the percentage of increment, cardiopulmonary function and balance from the sixth week began to increase the percentage of decline, And systolic blood pressure after six weeks showed an increasing trend, diastolic blood pressure was reduced or unchanged state.Conclusion:1)low-frequency vibration training effect of college students in improving flexibility and balance of better quality; greater impact;2) high-frequency vibration training on muscle strength and cardiopulmonary function;3) improving college students’ physical fitness movement effective energy times of six weeks, the individual physical indicators, such as flexibility, the extended exercise period, the longer the better. 4) 30 HZ vibration training group to enhance muscle strength and flexibility training is shorter than the other groups need training period; enhance 20 HZ vibration training group on balance more quickly than other training group; 40 HZ vibration training group can achieve faster the ability to improve heart and lung function.
