Chinese labor relations had occurred a great renovation as its economic developing quickly and the level of productive forces increasing substantially in recent years,such as the basic rights of workers to protect ineffective, unfair distribution of benefits,enterprise unions did not play the role of checks and balances employers to protect the rights of good labor,even some workers protected their rights with an extreme way. All of these problems making the labor disputes more complex, highlighting the social contradictions, shocking the development of economic, even influencing the stability of society and politics.YangJiang City also facing these impacts during the process of economic development, if we cannot get a good deal with it, then it will affects the terms of local politics, economy, society, and risks many dangers in the area of social stability. In this paper, through theoretical analysis,literature material method, field survey method, case method and other research methods,combined with the practice of dissolve the yangjiang labor dispute case, through the analysis of the status and characteristics of labor dispute, research the causes of labor disputes, and in the practice of resolving labor disputes, points out the problems And put forward the countermeasure and the suggestion of resolving labor disputes under the rule of law perspective. Also pointed out how to get from the system to establish and improve long-term mechanism to prevent labor disputes Yangjiang, Yangjiang ensure rapid economic development, social peace harmony and people’s happiness.Through research on the rule of law perspective on the working mechanism of how to resolve disputes resolved "How to do". This to improve the working ability of the government functional departments to deal with labor disputes, has a practical significance.
