Since the reform and opening, minor enterprise has become the important force to promote China’s sustained and rapid economic growth. However, there have been some disputes at the same time. In recent years, the deterioration of the external business environment leads to a landslide of operating performance in the minor enterprises. Under the pressure, many minor business owners choose to sacrifice the interests of the laborers and it inspired the dissatisfaction and protest of laborer, which causes the labor dispute problem to become more and more highlighted. If the labor dispute problem can’t be properly resolved, the labor disputes in minor enterprise will converted to enterprise’s survival and development issues, and eventually it may be a hidden trouble to economic development and social stability.In this background, firstly this dissertation puts forward the problem and makes a review of the literature. Secondly it combs the foreign mode of resolving labor disputes. Thirdly it analyzes the case of H Company in Shenzhen by using the combination of theory and empirical analysis method. Base on the statistical analysis of data and interview, summarized the causes of labor disputes in recent years and refine the practice which has solved the labor disputes in H Company. Finally, respectively from the government, enterprises, laborers, labor credit inquiry system and the mediation mechanism of labor disputes, this dissertation systematically provides some countermeasures to resolve the labor disputes in minor enterprises.The innovation of this dissertation is that through top-down perspective to analyze the labor disputes in the domestic minor enterprises, and it also analyzes the mature foreign experience of resolving labor disputes by the outer and the inner angle. Then it provides some countermeasures to help resolve the labor disputes in minor enterprises. Its deficiency is no more in-depth quantitative research of the H Company’s labor dispute case, and hopefully it can be improved in the future research.
