Object:This research is based on the physical training of China’ s elite female field hockey players,discussing physical characteristics of female field hockey players and monitoring physical training with physiological and biochemical parameter.The object is to find out expert physical training methods for field hockey and some physical and biochemical parameters which can reflect sport intensity,quantity and effect recovery to guide further scientific training of field hockey.Method:All players’ heart rate,movement distance,time and velocity during the matches were recorded.According to the training requirements, HR,BLa,CK,BU,T,VO2max and anaerobic ability were measured and effects on physical training in the winter were assessed.Results:1.The average movement distance in a whole match is 7900~8800m, and the maximum velocity is 6.7m/s,and average HR is 154b/min.2. China’ s elite female field hockey players’ VO2max is 3.59L/min, relative VO2max is 60.57 ml/min/kg;peak power is 624.14±55.83W,and relative peak power is 10.06±0.25W/Kg;average power is 460.14±20.96W, and relative average power is 7.92±0.20W/Kg;3.HR and BLa are fluctuated as the change of training intensity,which can be used to monitor the effects of training;4.During the winter training period,the indices of Hb,BU,CK and T changed periodically along with the intensity of training:HB and T decreased dramatically after intense training,but Hb increased significantly after adjustment and T did not increase to the level before winter training period;BU did fluctuated dramatically during the whole winter training period;CK fluctuated significantly that indicates the training intensity is very high but players can recover after adjustment.Conclusion:1.Female field hockey is a kind of low-intensity sport which is dominant in the match,but at the same time it requires players to have the ability of quick sprints during the match;2.China’ s elite female field hockey players’ aerobic ability is on top in the world but anaerobic ability is relatively weak;3.According to the monitoring of representative physical training,we can conclude that the 5-min recovery HR is most sensitive.If the performance is improved the HR is decreased; 4.The indices of Hb,BU,CK and T are meaningful for us to know players’ physical status and adaptation to training.
