Objective: The functional status of athletes for tracking and monitoring is the developmentand the key factor of the level of competitive sports. In preparing for the12th nationalgames in Shenyang, the level of competitive training of provincial teams in the same sportevent are almost close. Under such fierce competition, accurate monitoring athletefunctional status is particularly important for athletes and to play their development levels.Sports bureau of Inner Mongolia attaches great importance to the training, at the same timeconcern about the functions of status changes. Before the preparation for the wintertraining in national games, Hockey and Walking Race adopt for high altitude training mode.Dose the high altitude environment have the effects on the ability of the movement ofathletes? How the influence of high altitude works? This paper mainly aims at therecovering functional monitoring after athletes training from plain to high altitude training. To carrying out timely and no-injury integrated monitoring, to find the change rule andtrend and to provide theoretical support for coaches in well training plan, so as to achievethe purpose of scientific training.Method: By no-injury and timely functional comprehensive monitoring equipment, totesting19important players from men’s hockey team and10key players from men’swalking race team in the Inner Mongolia, to select athlete nervous tension index, reactiontime and energy metabolism system refers to the influence factor, the vagus nerveregulation system, reaction index for monitoring indexes such as stability, to contrastivelyanalyze of high altitude and plain environment, resting state and training condition, thechange of the indicators and the resilience of the body.Results:1. The tension index in plateau environment and plain environment of Inner Mongoliamale hockey athletes has the extremely significant difference (P <0.01), the sympatheticnervous regulation system in plateau environment and plain environment has significantdifference (P <0.05).2. The reaction stability index of male wakling athletes in plateau environment aftertraining and the before training has significant difference (P <0.05), the vagus nerveregulation system impact factor of plateau environment after training and before traininghave significant difference (P <0.05). Tension index of plateau environment after trainingand before training has significant difference (P <0.05).3. The lean body mass of Men’s hockey athletes and Walking athletes in Inner Mongoliahas the extremely significant difference (P <0.01). Conclusion:1. As to elite male hockey players, the body function of the heart function tension wasincreased in the process of the switch in the plain training for high altitude training.2. Appropriate training before competition contribute to the recovery of the tired nerveconcluded by before and after training class of high altitude of elite walking race athletesand testing the vagus nerve regulation related indicators of athletes.3. As to elite male Inner Mongolia hockey players and walking race players, the body fatpercentage and lean body mass are far from the standard index, which would likely tocause athletes relative disadvantage in the match counter force, consequently would hinderthe advance of the athletes’ performance.4. Functional status no-injury comprehensive monitoring system can help the selectionwith testing athletes energy metabolism system, respiratory system and other indicators.
