Developing the modern agricultural water conservation practice,the fundamental needs is maximising the benefits of water-saving irrigation and combining with advanced modern technology. With the consistent progress of computer controlling, wireless communication and electronic technology, it has now become an inevitable trend that incorporating the use of existing high technology into the traditional approach in the development of agricultural water-saving technology. At present, the water-saving technology is growing towards being more precise and controllable.Intelligent Control System is regarded as the cutting-edge technology for water-saving irrigation development. Not only its further investigation and application will meritoriously improve the efficiency of water use in irrigation, crop yield and quality, but also can greatly enhance the effective utilisation of fertilisers and pesticides, so as to reduce ecological and environmental pollution in farmlands. The western developed countries has been committed on researching precision irrigation control technology. By contrast, only little research work has been carried out in China in this field, and it is rather chaotic in terms of various facilities and systems. There is no real effective and harmonized standard.The aim of Solar-powered Wireless Intelligent Control System for water-saving irrigation is improving water use efficiency and promoting clean energy and intelligence of irrigation control, that not only provides a precondition for the application of solar energy, but also covers the application of computer technology in agricultural irrigation control. At the same time, Wireless communication and artificial intelligence will assist in creating an external environment that has a higher unitisation of water resources for the crop growth.In light of the practical applications of engineering, the study is on the standardize of equipment and designing, testing and inspection about system,.The aims is to standardise, lead and promote the applications of other related products in water irrigation, and subsequently helps saving water and energy, emission reduction and intelligence control. It will help accelerate the development of modern agriculture and actualise the intelligence of agricultural management, so as to contribute to the future research on the systematic integration technology.
