Registration Of Real Estate Mobile Terminal System Development Based On GNSS/GIS Integrated

Our country’s real estate registration is chaotic on the whole,although the "property law" law passed in2007,but the rules are just in princele,making no substantial contribution to our country’s real estate registration.China’s real estate registration system exists many problems such as the legislation is not perfect,the land and house registration is scattered and urban and rural management is inconsistent. At present Chinese economy is at a stage of rapid development, people’s living standards are greatly improved, commercial transactions also shows diversity,so in order to perfect our country’s market economy and protect the legitimate’s rights and interests, China is making great efforts to perfect the registration of real estate system. According to the State Council Order No.656th,beginning in March1,2015, the "Real Estate RegistrationInterim Regulations" start to carry out which has been darfted for years, this regulation will gradually realize our country’s unified real estate registration.Under the big background of our country’s vigorously promoting the unified real estate registration, the paper based on two frontier technology--GNSS and GIS, comply with the tide of the unified real estate registration,using VS2008as development tool and PDA as the deployment platform, we developed the real estate registration mobile-terminal system on the integrated of GNSS/GIS on the basis of solving the key technologies such as the bluetooth virtual serial communication between the mobile terminal system and total station, network RTK positioning based on the Ntrip, wireless network data security transmission based on GPRS.The system is available for supporting a variety of measuring instruments, multiform connection codes, great visibility, centralized data management and network data transmission,making fast data acquisition and mapping in the field come ture, eliminating the manual entry of data, enhancing the mobility and the real-time performance, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the information, which made the regirestration of the real estate that inside and outside the house come true and improved the efficiency.
