With the continuous improvement of the implementation rules for real estate registration,around the business goals such as "one window acceptance and parallel handling",the state has been putting forward new requirements in the field of real estate registration.The traditional mode that implements and deploys a set of real estate registration system in each city and county leads to problems such as resource waste,data dispersion and maintenance difficulties.For the further integration of real estate infrastructure,data resources,business applications and services system construction,improve the real estate business application mode,form the intensive,highly effective,and safe real estate registration system,this thesis embarks from the actual real estate registration business,analysis the real estate registration process.By constructing the universal service interface and integrating resource,this thesis studies the design and implementation of the large centralized real estate registration system under the cloud architecture.At the same time,aiming at the weak point of Web 3D visualization in the current real estate registration system,this thesis studies the realization of web3 D application of real estate registration.Firstly,starting from the actual business of real estate registration,focusing on the core requirements such as multi-level tenant management,real estate registration core business process,registration process customization management,real estate registration web3 D business visualization and data interaction,this thesis completes the requirements analysis of large centralized real estate registration business system and web3 D visualization application under cloud architecture.Secondly,this thesis applies multi-tenant mode to solve the Province-Municipality-County three-level users' problems of business logic and data storage division that in the process of real estate business processing,and provides the system design and implementation about the corresponding multi-tenant mode.Thirdly,by analyzing the business functions of the original scattered real estate registration system,combining with the relevant regulations of real estate registration,and reviewing the relevant functional structure and business process of real estate business,this thesis completes the design of real estate registration system and web3 D visualization system.Fourthly,the thesis puts forward the web3 D solution for vector,terrain elevation,raster,oblique photography,artificial model,point cloud and other data formats,and elaborates 3D data processing application solution with oblique photography data monomerization and display efficiency optimization as the core problem.In the aspect of oblique photography data monomerization,this thesis compares the three different monomerization methods of physical cutting,vertex assignment and dynamic monomerization.In the aspect of display efficiency optimization,the efficiency optimization is realized through top-level restructure and merging,texture compression and transmission compression.Finally,this thesis introduces the implementation and testing of the system.The application results show that the functions of the real estate registration business system that this thesis designed and developed meet the business needs,and the performance is stable.It solves the problems of multi-level business data dispersion and disconnection of workflow,and is convenient for unified management and supervision of the real estate registration.
