| The telecommunication business is developing rapidly in 21 Century, but no ether telecom value-added services like voice and message services, bring so changed to our communication, there are fully integrated into our daily life, become one of the main tools for today’s social communication and information source.In order to meet the demand of China Telecom A province company and strategic transformation of business development, and actively face the market challenges and opportunities change rapidly, the voice and message of A Telecom’s business platform require different development planning, the platforms can be clouded will be managed by unified cloud computing resource pool, other platforms will be managed by resource pool when their equipments are clouded. Specific requirements are as follows for each platform.(1) Voice service platform:To integrate the municipal voice platform, realize the centralized voice services at provincial level, complete the exit of municipal voice platform, at the same time, to integrate the voice service of mobile and fixed-line network; conference telephone users will get continued support by the existing platform in the planning period. During the planning period, the business development for the new customers are supported by the cooperative communication and group voice intercom platform, based on the customers’ different working environment; customized ringing tone platform is based on the ring tone service capability engine, the unified platform supported by CDMA, fixed-line network and IMS multimedia related business.(2) Message service platform:To set up a new comprehensive message center, serving the new C/SIP users; optimize message format supported by SMS gateway, consistent with the message center, support the application of different message format. |
