This article is the most important chapter, combine with the theoretical analysis of the carnival "City of love", analyze the causes of “City of love” popular, from the characters of carnival,carnival language text, the carnival programs and broadcast platform, to analyzes the carnival spirit is how to be act in this show vividly reflected.The fourth chapter, the reflections and expectations of "City of love". This is the end section of this article. In this chapter, I summed up the causes of "city of love" program popular over the years, to analyze the disadvantages of “City of love” with investigation and my understandings. With these disadvantages, I put forward improvement proposals, hope to provide “City of love” some referencse and experiences.
