Since the wide application of satellite network, the demand of reliability of data transmission becomes much more urgent. However, based on channel characteristic, many unreliable factors exist in the transmission of satellite network especially in the inter-channel. This paper aims to formulate reliable satellite networks transmission strategy by analyzing the current strategy and inter-channel characteristic.This work expounds the inter-channel characteristic of satellite network and its features of long transmission delay and high dropout rate. Then, the classic reliable transmission strategy is analyzed. And the erasure coding reliable transmission strategy based on the research above is proposed. Also, the performance of the strategy and coding cost are mentioned. At the end of this part, the specific design of erasure coding reliable transmission strategy and simulation experiment are exhibited. Moreover, this paper proposes the multi-path transmission strategy based on the multi-path transmission characteristic of inner-channel. In this part, the multi-path scheduling strategy based on dynamic programming algorithm and the transmission delay and scheduling model of date are raised. The transmission performance between the dynamic programming algorithm scheduling strategy and other scheduling strategy is also simulated.
