The paper was mainly for optimizing the process of extraction and separation and determination of arsenic speciation and inorganic elements in Enteromorpha. It set up a process of extraction and separation and determination of arsenic speciation and inorganic elements in Seaweeds. When optimizing the process of pre-treatment and determination of inorganic elements in Enteromorpha. At first. It compared different pre-treament about Enteromorpha, On the other hand, It also compared high pressure digestion and microwave digestion. Beides, the chapter optimized the process of the microwaVe digestion. Finally. It inspected three detection methods, including ICP-AES, HG-AFS and ICP-MS. The result showed that the best process of pre-treatment and determination of inorganic elements in Enteromorpha, the best conditions were that: Washing the stains in surface of Enteromorpha with running water, then washed its surface 3 to 5 times with double distilled water. What's more, the paper determined the content of inorganic elements in Enteromorpha. Beisides, the best conditions of microwave digestion were that:HNO3-H2O2 (V/V=3:1) as the acid digestion system, the rate of solid-liquid was 3:80 g/mL. The method and its process of determining in the chapter had the advantages of good stability, less sample consumption, short analysis time and convenience and so on.When optimizing the process of extraction and separation and determination of arsenic speciation in Enteromorpha, it mainly used the m experimental methods were single factor and orthogonal experiment. It optimized and comparized the process of these two extraction methods, including boiling water and the system of methanol-water, it also inspected the conditions of separation and determination of arsenic speciation in Enteromorpha. It simultaneously optimized the conditions of the separation. The result showed that the system of methanol-water was the best way to extract, and its best conditions were that the best rate of solid-liquid was 1:30 g/mL, the ratio of methanol and water was 3:1(V/V), the ultrasonic temperature was 25 ? the ultrasonic time was 40 min and the times of extraction was 3. beisides. the concentrated way was nitrogen blowing. The chapter separated and determined arsenic speciation in Enteromorpha by using CE-ICP-MS, the operating conditions of CE were that:The running buffer was H3BO3-Na2B4O7(50 mmol·L-1:12.5 mmol·L-1 pH=9.0), the separated Voltage was 18 kV. It turned out that the range of detection limit was 0.31-0.9 ?g·L-1,RSD<4.70%, it took 10 min to separate 4 kinds of arsenic species compounds, those process had many advantages, including less sample consumption and short analysis time and so on.
