Vehicle-borne laser scanning system is a new system that can quickly obtain the information of surface space. The system has the characteristics of fast speed, high efficiency and well integration. Aiming at the key techniques that the vehicle-borne laser scanning system obtains the comprehensive of cadastral point cloud data with high precision, cadastral feature recognition and dealing the missed survey of point cloud data area etc. Using the intersection algorithm of parameter refinement, reverse path and the baseline and the automatic extraction, analyzes and calculates the accurate position of point cloud data and boundary point. At the same time, using the field optimization of collection and data solution control, studies the key technology of vehicle-borne laser scanning system in cadastral survey. Taking the SSW vehicle-borne laser scanning system of Beijing Geo-Vision information technology Co.,Ltd as an engineering example, and analysis the engineering data. The results showed that the key technology which using vehicle-borne laser scanning system can be successfully applied in the cadastral survey, and can ensure the data accuracy and the updating of cadastral survey, which provide the reference for application of vehicle-borne laser scanning system more widely.
