Study On The Establishment And Application Of GCP Image And DEM Database For Emergency

Earthquakes and other natural disasters occured frequently in our country in recent years, and caused huge losses to the people's lives and property. Because of earthquakes and other disasters most likely brought about communications and ground transportation of disaster area paralyzed when they occurred, and caused the disaster situation is difficult to grasp, thus created a huge obstacle for emergency rescue work. In science relief, mapping is the first thing to do. Acquiring remote sensing images quickly and obtaining disaster situation of disaster area can provide important scientific support for the relief and rescue work. Because of traditional methods of remote sensing image correction need to manually select control data, the anthropogenic interference cause the GCP image has poor stability, low accuracy, low efficiency, low reuse rate, and difficult to meet the requirements of high stability and high efficient in emergency mapping work. So it is necessary to establish a new way to acquir control data more stably and accurately,manage scientifically and effectively, and then quickly provide the necessary control data for rectification of the remote sensing image when emergency needs.This article studied the application requirements of acquiring remote sensing images technology and rapid processing technology on board, through studing the technical indicators, data storage mechanism, indexing mechanism, update mechanism, established GCP Image and DEM database, and completed design and development of data management and maintenance systems and standard C++ database access interface, and achieve to query data,browse data,collect data,save data, extract data quickly.GCP image and DEM database can manage data scientifically and effectively, and quickly provide the necessary GCP image and DEM for geometric correction and ortho rectification of the remote sensing image,and then short acquisition period and improve work efficiency, and provide geospatial data of disaster area when Earthquakes and other natural disasters occurred, then provide important scientific support for the emergency mapping security work.
