The construction engineering and other construction projects are more quickly developing as the national economy rapid growing in China. Deep foundation pit engineering as the early and basic work for the construction projects, it can play a decisive role for the construction project. The quality of the project is carrying to a new and higher level as the computer technology increasing by the engineering technical and scientific workers.In this thesis, it will study the slope deformation of deep foundation pit from the model of a bank building project in Tianjin. This paper makes a more accurate and detailed analysis through comparing with the actual observation by the RFPA software. In this way, it is helpful to accumulate experience of similar projects, and then apply the scientific method to carry out the modernization construction. Through RFPA software simulating, it will intuitively get the slope slipping plane, and seek safety factor to judge the stability of foundation pit engineering and to evaluate the function of supporting measures. Comparing with the actual monitoring situation, the RFPA software simulation is applied to the analysis of slope stability.The RFPA strength reduction theory is adopted as the basic principle, which has a very prominent advantage. It is not necessary to assume that the orientation and shape of the sliding failure surface, but it is used to reduce the intensity of the soil itself, which is the failure of the slope. In general, the strength of the slope model is the weakest link, and this method is used to determine the site of shear stress, and the corresponding slope stability and safety factor is analyzed according to the corresponding shear sliding surface.Therefore, the RFPA software will simulate from the data of the geological survey and the record of the foundation pit deformation observation report. It is helpful to deepen the understanding of the failure process of the slope by simulating the slope failure process of the slope supporting and no slope supporting. By comparing the theory with concrete construction projects, the thesis could accumulate experience to help similar projects work carried out more successfully, and it is helpful to reduce time cost of the whole society and economic costs.
