With the rapid development of science, technology and economy, the people put forward more requirements to the accuracy, timeliness and the quality of spatial information. Hardware and software of LiDAR is mature in foreign countries and make a large number of commercial products. While it still in the stage of development in China. The need of independent property rights of domestic airborne laser radar system is urgent. In the support of national projects, Chinese Academy of Surveying and mapping successfully developed domestic airborne LiDAR system, Based on the integration principle and composition of the domestic airborne LiDAR system, the anthor research on the error analysis, modeling, calibration, application and so on. This paper includes:First:Positioning modeling of the system and error analysis. According to the integration principle and composition of the system, the anthor build positioning modeling and analysis eight kinds of error existing in the system. The program GeoVision Point Cloud developed in VS2010 C++ development platform, mainly including error correction, trajectory generation, coordinate calculation, MRK file generation. The test data can verify the feasibility and correctness of modeles.Second:Integrated calibration. Domestic airborne LiDAR system consists of multiple sensors, the disposed errors between sensors have a great influence on the accuracy and quality of data products, so she need to calibrate the integration system to obtain the calibration parameters, respectively disposed elements between POS and GPS, laser scanner and POS, digital aerial survey camera and POS. The calibration models of placement between different sensors is different, precise placement of elements between the sensors can further improve the positioning accuracy of laser point cloud data. Compared with the data before and after calibration find the data quality improved significantly.Third:Applications of domestic airborne LiDAR system. The first time domestic LiDAR system is applied to the river training works, geological disaster monitoring, power line patrol areas, according to different application requirements, the author design professional application Scheme, Data processing results show that, the application of the system to these areas is feasible. At the same time domestic airborne lidar system realizes the application of cross industry.
