Gaussian beams are commonly used to describe the laser's main characteristic,and have been widely used in various fieds.Laser was used as carrier to carry the information for spectrum analysis and information processing.The basic theory of the Fourier transform of gaussian beam and fractional Fourier transform of gaussian beam have not yet received considerable attention.Thus based on plane wave of Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform theory,the gaussian beam as the incident light,the optical field distribution of gaussian beam of Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform are studied.Paper start with the basic concept of gaussian beam,and Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform of gaussian beams are respectively studied systematic.the single lens and no lens model as optical implementation mode,Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform of gaussian beams' analytic expressions arecalculated,and Fourier transform and fractional Fourier transform gaussian beam' analytic expressions are compared.The interpretation of gaussian beam transmission conversion formula and its physical significance are explained.Using MATLAB computer simulation experiments to verify the reliability and feasibility of the conclusion.The conclusion has the certain reference value for gaussian beam's transformation.
