Interval-valued fuzzy set is proposed on the base of interval number and fuzzy set theory, it combines the advantages of interval number and fuzzy set, and it can avoid missing decision-making information effectively in the process of dealing with uncertainty. Soft set theory was firstly proposed by Molodtsov in 1999, considering from the perspective of parameterized to describe the fuzziness of things. Fuzzy soft set is a development of soft set, which was proposed on fuzzy set theory and soft set theory, and is widely used in many fields. Soft interval set is proposed on the basis of soft set and interval set.Considering the fuzzification of parameter set of fuzzy soft set, Cagman puts forward the concept of fuzzy parameterized fuzzy soft set and decision making. In view of the decision problem that the parameter sets are different, this paper propose a group decision making method that based on fuzzy parameterized fuzzy soft set that under order relation.Inspired by the fuzzification of parameter set, in this paper, considering the interval-valued fuzzification of parameter set of fuzzy soft set, namely the parameter set of fuzzy parameterized fuzzy soft set by fuzzy set to interval-valued fuzzy set, thus propose the concept of interval-valued fuzzy parameterized fuzzy soft set. This paper further to promote soft interval set, putting forward the concept of interval-valued fuzzy parameterized soft interval set, and study its algorithm, combined with the interval number sequence method to give its application in decision making.
