Efficient evaluation and decision-making methods play an important role in enterprise informatization.The evaluation decision-making process can be considered as selecting the best scheme or ranking the alternatives from the given data with complete or incomplete information.However,evaluation and decision-making systems often involve uncertainty.Interval-valued fuzzy soft set and interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set are important mathematical models for dealing with uncertain and fuzzy data.In this paper,a decision algorithm based on interval-valued fuzzy soft set and its extended model is proposed.Experiments and examples show that the proposed algorithm provides efficient and practical theoretical support for decision makers to make the best choice.The work of this paper can be summarized into the following three aspects:(1)A new efficient decision algorithm based on interval-valued fuzzy soft set is proposed.Yang put forward a decision algorithm based on interval-valued fuzzy soft set.This algorithm can get the best choice by generating the selection value of each object and the membership score of interval-valued fuzzy soft set.However,the complexity of the algorithm is high,and it lacks the flexibility of adding new objects.Therefore,this paper proposes a new efficient decision-making algorithm based on interval-valued fuzzy soft set.Compared with the existing algorithm,the proposed algorithm has lower algorithm complexity and considers the expansion of new objects.(2)A filling algorithm based on incomplete interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is proposed.The lack of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set data limits the effective use of the model.In this paper,a data filling algorithm based on incomplete interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is proposed.The idea of filling is discussed in detail on the basis of fully considering and utilizing the characteristics of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set.(3)A new decision algorithm based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is proposed.Zhang put forward an adjustable method of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set decision-making by using horizontal soft set.This algorithm transforms interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set into horizontal soft set,and makes optimaldecision combining with weight selection value.However,in this algorithm,the parameter value of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set is transformed into the parameter value of soft set(the value of soft set is 0 or 1),which loses the characteristics of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set itself,and the algorithm can not give the only decision-making results,and the calculation complexity is high.Therefore,this paper proposes a new decision algorithm based on interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy soft set.
