The Standard Model is the basic theory describing strong,weak and electromagnetic interaction. Since the foundation of Standard Model, great success has achieved, but some problems still exist and can not be explained faultlessly. It is believed that the standard model is an effective theory at the Fermi scale,there should exist new basic physics at the higher scale. Since the discovery of b quark,B physics has always been the hot topic of particle physics. It is used to test the Standard Model exactly,measure the parameters of Standard Model and discover the sign of evidence of the new physics. Especially,with the continuous improvement of the experiment detection,it makes our theoretical research more practical significance.Starting from six-quark operator effective Hamiltonian, we study the B ? PV decays under the framework of the Standard Model and two Higgs doublet model, and evalute the branching ratios and direct CP violation numerically. It is found that:·The corrections of new physics to Wilson coefficient functions of the Standard Model are mainly reflected in C8g, and the corrections to Ci(i=1,...,10) are very small.·For color-allowed tree-dominated decay modes, B??-?+,?-?+,?+?0,?+?0,the corrections of two Higgs doublet model are small and can be ignored safely.·For color-suppressed tree dominated decay mode, B0??0?0, the branching ratio is tiny, because of the contribution of EW penguin diagram, new physics effects can not be ignored, but it is not big.·For pure penguin and penguin-dominated decay modes, the new physics corrections can not be ignored, more than 40%.·For tree and b? s penguin decay modes, the contribution of tree is suppressed and that of penguin is enhanced by CKM factor, the modifications of new physics are large, up to 64%.·With the increasing of the mass of charged Higgs MH+, the branching ratios tend to be less and gradually close to the predictions of the Standard Model,that is the decoupling effect.·The new physics effects on direct CP-violation are little.
