The study of nonleptonic decays of B mesons offers not only the exactly test of the standard model, but also the search for new physics beyond the standard model. There has been remarkable progress in the study of nonleptonic B decays in recent years, both experimentally and theoretically. On the experimental espect, many modes of nonleptonic B decays have been measured with great precision. On the theoretical aspect,scientists proposed many approaches in the calculation of the hadronic matrix elements, such as the perturbative QCD approach, the QCD factorization approach etc.In this paper, starting from the six-quark operator effective hamiltonian, we systemat-ically calculate and analyze the branching ratios of 11 Bs ? PV decay channels using the QCD factorization approach both in the standard model and the two-Higgs doublet model, and focus on the calculations of the new physics corrections to these modes, and find some interesting results. Primary results are as following:· the corrections of new physics to Wilson coefficients functions of the standard model are reflected mainly in C8g.· For color-allowed tree-dominanted and pure annihilation decay modes, the corrections of new physics are very very small and can be neglected safely.· For color-suppressed tree-dominant decay modes, the corrections of new physics can not be neglected, the new physics effects exceed 27%.· For penguin-dominant decay modes, the corrections of new physics are large, more than 40%.· The branch ratios depend on the parameter MH+ sensitively, and tend to the preditions in the standard model with the increasing of MH+,i.e the decoupling effect.
