Synthetic aperture radar interferometry is a new technology that achieved three decades of rapid development on satellite earth observation.It is based on the radar beam interference principle, form an interference image between two or multiple SAR images. In theory, it can reach millimeter accuracy through obtainingthe surface deformation of a small cell size.PS-InSAR is developed from. InSAR technology.First, it uses differential interference between the SAR images generated interference interference atlas.Then using the method of coherence coefficient, amplitude deviation, phase analysis and other classical point target selection method, the PS points with good coherence and stability are selected in the image.Finally, to establish the mathematical model for selecting reliable PS for phase unwrapping, analysis of various factors on the settlement value of the contribution.In this paper, the use of PS-InSAR technology processing and analysis.to obtain the 31 frame InSAR datasthat coverage of the Handan area.Studied PS point selection method—the key part of PS technology,put forward the method of through the serial threshold of coherence coefficient and amplitude dispersion index to detect PS points. And analysis the validity and reliability of this method.Besides,according to PS-InSAR technology, we can obtainthe settlement rate change of Handan area from 2003 to 2010.Handan and Wuan urban area have a settlement at about 15~20mm per year, while the mining area of Fengfeng is about 10~15mm per year. And through the analysis of observation results of previous level and other scholars' research results, it confirmed the validity and reliability of PS technology monitoring in the settlement of the urban surface and mine. Itprovidea new and effective method for urban settlement monitoring or deformation monitoring in mining area.At last, analyze the main reasons of settlement that occur in test area in different parts.The main causes of the subsidence of Handan and Wu'an city is that the long term groundwater over exploitation come into being groundwater funnel, and leading to land subsidence; the main subsidencereason of Fengfeng mining area is the exploitation of mineral resources and the tectonic activity in Taihang Mountains. The relationship between groundwater and the settlement, building density and land exploitation and land subsidence, provides an important reference for the land subsidence prevention and comprehensive management.And the relationship between the amount of groundwater exploitation and land subsidence, the building density and the ground subsidence, it provides an important reference for the prevention and comprehensive treatment of land subsidence in the area.
