In the area of yan'an, human's engineering activities are more and more frequent with the rapid development. Restricted by the conditions, people sometimes have to construct on the landslide. It has very important significance for ensuring the smooth progress in the whole construction project to ensure the stability of landslide in the process of construction and operation. This paper, bases on the Dengshanyu landslide in Ganquan County, has studied the deformation and failure mechanism and put forward the project management plan by the method of historical causes?limit equilibrium and the numerical simulation, at lastly, this paper got an optimum solution through the analytic hierarchy.The research achieved following several aspects:1. On the basis of the field geological investigation and data collection, this paper studied the engineering geology condition of the Dengshanyu landslide from landform, stratum lithology, geological structure, hydrogeology, earthquake activity and human engineering activities, etc. To understand the landslide structure characteristics and material composition through indoor physical mechanics test and to determine the horizontal and vertical distribution characteristics and position of slip surface combining with site, drilling, well data.2. On the basis of the formation conditions and inducing factors, this paper has explored the formation mechanism of the Dengshanyu landslide by the method of historical causes?limit equilibrium and the numerical simulation and also defined the main form factors: stratigraphic lithology, geological structure, landform,hydrology geology condition, and defined the main inducing factors: the atmospheric rainfall and artificial excavation.3.Based on the prevention and control of engineering characteristics of the landslide. Following the principles that the prevention and control of engineering design should be combined with industrial construction site planning and design and based on the guarantee the industrial construction site planning and design, this paper has put forward two kinds of engineering control measures. Ultimately, this paper determine the retaining wall retaining + cut lightening + anchor cable frame beam reinforcement + drain engineering comprehensive control scheme for the optimal control scheme by using hierarchical analysis method for optimizing.
