With the increasing demand of oil and natural gas, the exploration and development of tight sandstone gas has become one of the hot spots in the field of oil and gas resources. In recent years, China has begun to take shape in the exploration and development of tight sandstone gas reservoirs, while due to the effect of gas reservoir lithology, physical property and other factors, the whole recognition effect of the tight sandstone gas reservoir is not obvious. The thesis is based on tight sandstone gas in 8th member of Shihezi formation member in southeast of Sulige gas field, using core data, analysising and test data, well logging data and gas test data, study on the geological characteristics of reservoir and "Four Relations", for the complicated pore structure, and gas reservoirs characteristics of well logging response is not obvious, using a variety of gas reservoir identification methods for regular and low resistance reservoir identification, analyzed the gas distribution regularity of the longitudinal and plane distribution characteristics in the study area, the main conclusions are as follows.1. The sedimentary facies of 8th Member of Shihezi Formation in southeast of Sulige Gas Field is the deposition of braided river delta plain, the main sedimentary microfacies are distributary channel, flood plain and beach.2. The comprehensive results of core observation, analysis and laboratory data show that the overall performance of the 8th Member reservoir is multi-component quartz, high debris and a small amount of feldspar. The main physical parameter of the reservoir is low porosity and low permeability, and low gas saturation.3. According to the characteristics of its, do the research for "four property relations", establish proper logging interpretation model. On this basis, the key wells are analyzed and explained by using a variety of gas reservoir identification methods. And it is concluded that for tight sandstone gas, SP(spontaneous potential)-calculated SP and LLD(deep investigation laterolog)-acoustic time overlap, equivalent elastic modulus method, three-porosity crossplot approach, effective porosity and water porosity curve method, calculated neutron porosity logging method have a good effect qualitative identification. At the same time, using conventional logging parameters, reservoir fluid properties can be identified, Also can add DT-AK crossplots and Comprehensive Index, semi quantitative classification of Sulige gas field in Southeast zone.4. Using Archie formula for quantitative calculation in different zone,45% sandstone gas saturation is selected as the lower limit value of 8th Member. The plane distribution characteristics of gas saturation in the study area are obtained.5. On the basis of tight sandstone gas reservoir recognition, combined with dynamic testing and production data, It is concluded that tight sandstone gas reservoir distribution characteristics in the 8th Member of Shihezi Formation in southeast of Sulige Gas Field, Along the direction of the river, the gas continuity is relatively good. The direction of the vertical channel is poor in gas continuity. The gas bearing area mainly distributed near the north and south in 8th member of Shihezi formation up paragraph 1 and 8th member of Shihezi formation up paragraph 2, in the northeast part of the study area, the distribution of gas bearing area is more extensive, sporadic distribution of gas bearing area in the south. The gas bearing area is further enlarged in 8th member of Shihezi formation under paragraph 1 and 8th member of Shihezi formation under paragraph 2, Gas bearing area is even flaky large distribution in the midwest region, the distribution of the eastern region show north and south zonal.
