Rural construction land is an important part in the construction of our country.Based on the remote sensing images that introduce the regional differentiation characteristics and the transformation and upgrading of constructio n land in rural areas,it is of great significance to study make intensive use of land and optimize the composition of the land.Differences in the construction in rural areas and counties of Zibo city were obvious,and the land layout is loose.The scale of covers an area is large,and the efficiency of using land is low.So,different land spatial construction in rural areas characteristic's analysis of different district and scales in Zibo C ity,it is of great significance for the Zibo C ity in cultivated land resources,optimizing the construction of rural areas with patterns of spatial distribution of land,promoting the intensive land resources with the economical use.In this paper,Zibo city is divided into the central city and the non-centrally city.It's mainly to the center city,which is also called the rural area construction.Combining with the natural geography,economics,landscape ecology perspective,using AHP method,system analysis method,comprehensive analysis method,multivariate eco nometric model,GIS statistical software and the method of landscape ecology,the paper explore the characteristics and laws of nearly 20 years of rural area construction land pattern evolution in Zibo city.By disposing three stage Landsat TM image of 1995,2005,2015,based on the land using status and DEM data source of Zibo city,through the use of GIS spatial analysis,introducing the gravity transfer model and quantitative methods of landscape ecology,the paper make research on the space of land area,distribution,construction in rural areas of Zibo city in 1995-2015 scale.The dynamic changes of the shape of the city and the regional differentiation characteristics were analyzed.The results showed that the natural geographical conditions of Zibo city itself and the rapid development of the city to a certain extent determine the space layout changes to rural area construction,the construction of rural area of Zibo city land area increased from 34052.27 hectares in 1995 to 40485.30 in 2005 ha,then increased to 40513.3 hectares in 2015.In rural areas of Zibo C ity,the number of construction land increased from 1742 in 1995 to 3606 in 2015,and the average patch area increased form 10.3 1 hectares to 12.78 hectares in 2005,19.55 hectares in 2015;the rural area for the construction of the surface edge ratio increased from 1.15 in 1995 to 1.20 in 2015,the separation degree decreased from 2.06 in 1995 to 2.01 in 2015,the fractal dimension was reduced from 1.07 in 1995 to 1.05 in 2015.The results s how that the average patch area for the construction of rural the area of the scale increased gradually,the patch shape is more regular,the degree of agglomeration is significant.The construction of rural area of Zibo city land space and layout of regio nal differentiation characteristics is significant,the specific performance of the patch density in plain area,plaque surface edge ratio,plaque area,fractal dimension,separation and fragmentation are better than the hillock areas and mountainous areas,but in comparison,the hilly areas and plain areas have different characteristics,and the difference is not big.It has the huge potential if it can the make guidance on rural construction and land planning and management scientifically.The spatial distribution center of construction of Zibo city land in rural areas moves from south to north over the 20 years,and the distance of migration is 4.95 km.
