Rationality Evaluation Of Ningbo Marine Functional Zoning

Ningbo is located in the middle of China's coastline,has a wealth of marine resources and marine economic development potential.At the same time,Ningbo Ocean also has many problems,such as industrial structure,production mode,ecological environment and so on,become a huge obstacle to the healthy development.It is necessary improve the marine industry structure and the utilization of marine resources,to ensure the sustainable development of Ningbo marine industry.Marine functional zonation is decided according to geographical location,natural resource condition,natural environment condition and social demand.It is used to guide and constrain marine development and utilization practice.Marine functional zoning provides guidance and basis for rational exploitation and utilization of marine areas,protection of marine resources and environment,scientific guidance of marine demand,overall arrangement of development and utilization of marine resources,and is of great significance to realize the sustainable utilization of marine resources and environment.In this paper,the marine natural conditions and the status of marine resources were introduced,and the marine functional zonation was analyzed.Based on the location conditions of Ningbo sea area and relative references,the evaluation index is determined by frequency analysis method,the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process,and the evaluation index system is established.This paper quantified data of the indicators,and weighted superimposed the indexes by the GIS system,and obtained the evaluation results of the suitability of the sea area in Ningbo.Based on the evaluation results,the rationality of Marine Functional Zoning in Ningbo City is analyzed,which proves that the Zoning is basically in accordance with the suitability evaluation results,the marine resources and location conditions are fully utilized.But there are also some problems,such as the zoning results are not meticulous,tourist area zoning area is too small and so on.Finally,according to the evaluation result of Ningbo sea area suitability,the corresponding suggestions are put forward for Ningbo marine functional zoning.
