Method Study On Surveying And Mapping Of “Registration And Certification Of Three Rights” Based On CORS System

Surveying and Mapping of “Registration and Certification of Three Rights” refers to a series of professional surveying which can accurately survey the land boundary and the location of the land of ownership of rural collectively-owned land, use right of homestead, and use right of collectively-owned construction land, with corresponding surveying techniques, thus reflecting the land distribution and land quality grades. With the all-round implementation of “digital territory” construction project in China, required precision and efficiency for rural collectively-owned is increasing gradually, and under this circumstance, traditional surveying methods can't meet the needs of the practical work in modern land management. Therefore, to integrate the modern surveying methods with the traditional surveying practice particularly important.This paper takes CORS system and GPS technology as theoretical basis, studies the surveying and mapping methods in “Registration and Certification of Three Rights”, analyzes the application mode of CORS technique in “Registration and Certification of Three Rights” practice and explains organization and implementation scheme in the process of operation in detail.On the basis of detailed analysis of CORS theory, this paper will associate with a practical project of “Registration and Certification of Three Rights” in one area of Chengde City to study the application method of CORS system in “Registration and Certification of Three Rights” for the specific circumstance in the project, to analyze the advantages of CORS technique applied in “Registration and Certification of Three Rights”, to explain construction principles and technical roadmap requirements and etc to follow in the establishment process of CORS system, to recognize and confirm the type of the CORS station established in this project, and finally to discuss the issues of hardware selection and site construction, etc. in the process of CORS station construction; this paper will explain the theoretical basis for field measurement implementation process and indoor data processing of GPS static data collection, and illustrates the using process of data processing software; for the system switching from WGS-84 geodetic coordinate to Xi'an 80 coordinate in the project area, this paper will study solving method of coordinate conversion parameters and obtain seven parameters of coordinate conversion in the given area in according with the calculated control point data; through measuring mapping control point and boundary mark in the surveying area with CORS system, this paper will study actual accuracy of CORS system and verify the feasibility of application of CORS system in surveying practice of “Registration and Certification of Three Rights”.
