The Design And Application Research Of Five Parameter Combination Logging Tool

Five parameter combination logging tool is a kind of comprehensive logging instrument,with natural gamma ray instrument based,combined with flow meter,thermometer,pressure gauge and well magnetic locator.The instrument can be an admission into magnetic localization,natural gamma,temperature,pressure and flow five parameters,and complement each other through multiple parameters and the related interpretation,will be a semi quantitative data analysis into underground situation comprehensive judgment.With the increasing difficulty of oil field development and the increasingly harsh environment,the five parameter combination logging instrument can play a role in a sustainable and reliable way.This paper analyses and studies the logging five parameters of the technical indicators and internal structure,and the magnetic telemetry positioning,well temperature and pressure,short gamma ray joint,ultrasonic flow meter,short tubing centralizer and short isotope release unit is analyzed and the function principle of short.Secondly,the principle of isotope tracer and the principle of flow measurement in five parameter combination logging tool are analyzed.The overall circuit structure of five parameter combination logging tool is studied,and the design of the system is made up of the following six parts: the well bore,the pressure gauge,the magnetic locator,the natural gamma ray meter,the ultrasonic flow meter and the telemetry coding module.In the signal transmission,the signal here through the mutual communication between the microcontroller,and finally into the code.In order to reduce the transmission power loss,Manchester sent a cable to the signal transmission is modulated into a narrow pulse,and finally through the transmission of single core logging cable to ground logging system for decoding,recording and processing.In this paper,according to the actual work experience,the application of field logging data to the water absorption layer and the underground well condition is explained,so as to improve the reliability of the research.
