The Research Of The Method And Technology On Effectiveness Evaluation Of The Humanware Oriented Situation Cognition

In recent years,the relationship between human and system has been paid much attention in the academic circles.With the continuous innovation of new technology and the increasing complexity of tasks,it has become one of the research focuses to incorporate "human" into the decision support system.Firstly,some research works on system effectiveness evaluation and human competency.The research status of the situation cognitive technology is analyzed.Then analyzes the basic concepts and conceptual model of humanware system which leads to humanware system architecture design.It also introduces the basic concepts,the classification and process of system effectiveness evaluation.Secondly,based on the basic principles of establishing the index system and the indicator system establishment process,effectiveness evaluation of the humanware effectiveness is analyzed from three angles of "ability","behavior" and "value".At the same time,based on these three aspects,the index system of the humanware effectiveness is established,and a detailed analysis of the different levels of indicators is made.When evaluating the effectiveness of the system,there are some limitations in the traditional analytic hierarchy process.An improved analytic hierarchy process is proposed to overcome the disadvantages of the traditional analytic hierarchy process.In order to ensure the accuracy of the evaluation results,a number of experts should be selected to evaluate the indicators.However,experts are limited by their own professional background and knowledge structure,and would not accurately judge all the indicators.Based on the characteristics of support vector machine,an improved support vector machine method is proposed to solve the selection problem.In consideration of the changes in working ability of the experts and the cost of the selection process such as misclassification cost,a humanware selection method for effectiveness evaluation is proposed.Finally,the frame of humanware system oriented situation cognition is constructed.The composition and function of each part are described in detail.Then evaluate the effectiveness of the humanware oriented situation cognition.
