Submarine power is a manifestation of a country's naval strength.In recent years,under the background of China's construction of a maritime power,the submarine force construction of our army has ushered in a major development opportunity.Submarine combat through formation tactics can improve the submarine combat control range and achieve better combat effect.It can not only provide decision-making reference for submarine formation operation,but also provide guidance for the development direction of submarine formation operation through evaluating the effectiveness of attack defense confrontation of submarine formation,This thesis mainly establishes the effectiveness evaluation model from two aspects of submarine operation system and formation operation scheme to achieve better evaluation of submarine formation operation.In general,the main work of this thesis is as follows.To solve the problem of the submarine system attack and defense combat effectiveness evaluation,this thesis considers two aspects: the calculation of system inherent ability and attack-defense combat effectiveness evaluation.Firstly,this thesis obtained the importance of different combat capability indexes of submarine system by fuzzy analytical hierarchy process(FAHP)method based on establishing the inherent combat capability index system of submarine system.Then,the fuzzy class method is used to complete the fuzzy classification of the ability index value.According to the fuzzy class vector and weight vector of the ability index,the weighted score value of the ability index can be obtained,and the calculation method of the inherent ability of the system based on Fuzzy FAHP is obtained.Then,this thesis analyzes the process of target attack and defense confrontation in the submarine operational effectiveness evaluation,and obtains the target attack and defense confrontation factor based on the classic system available credible capability(ADC)effectiveness evaluation model.Inspired of the previous calculation method of system inherent capability,this thesis proposes a fuzzy ADC effectiveness evaluation method based on attack and defense confrontation,which can complete combat mission effectiveness evaluation of different types of simulation of submarine system.In this thesis,a fuzzy TOPSIS method is proposed to solve the scheduling problem of submarine formation in different combat tasks.Firstly,FAHP method is used to get the subjective weight of the ability index.In order to reduce the subjective weight error,entropy weight method is used to get the objective weight of the ability index,and the comprehensive weight of the ability index is obtained by combining the two method.Secondly,in order to deal with the qualitative index data,this thesis uses the fuzzy mathematics method to transform the linguistic value into triangular fuzzy number,aiming to realize the mathematical processing of the index value on the premise of retaining the fuzzy boundary of the index value.Then,in order to complete the selection of the optimal scheme when the submarine formation carries out different combat tasks.This thesis proposes the similarity measure of the scheme to get a new ranking index,which can obtain the improved TOPSIS ranking method to realize the effectiveness evaluation,and improve the poor interpretability of the ranking index of the classical method.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of this method have been analyzed and verified through comparative experiments.
