The paper focuses on the study of epithermal gold deposit,through the characteristics of ore-forming geological body,ore-forming structure and mineralization,combined with the large scale special geological mapping and geophysical work,to construct prospecting prediction model and strengthen the application of results.The popose is provide rationalization advise for deep exploration project.A series of basic will also be compiled based on the exploration unit.Dong'an gold deposit is located in the northern part of Yichun-Yanshou metallogenic belt.Seven ore-body groups have been found in the westeren region of the gold mining area,but few ore-bodies have been found in the east as the cover of Tertiary Sunwu group.The western and esatern regions both have the similar ore-foming geological conditions,extensively developed sub-volcanics and hydrothermal alteration related to mineralization.,the propecting potential is huge.This work examines the geological characteristics of deposit,ore-forming geological conditions and the size,shape,occurrence of the ore bodies according to the methods of geological,geophysical and geochemical prospecting,providing further detailed advice and basis.In this paper,the Dong'an gold deposit is the key working area,the geological characteristics of the deposit are studied,the metallogenic geology and the ore-forming structure are determined,the metallogenic features are summarized,according to construct the prospecting model and predict space position of orebodies,providing advise for exploration project.In this paper,we summarized the prediction study of volcanic-type lead-zinc-silver deposit and gold(copper)deposit and established the "three-in-one" prospecting prediction geological model of related deposits to provide a metallogenicprediction for the deep ore prospecting and the best target areas for Dong'an deposit.
