Statistical process control is a statistical approach to monitor a process of a research object on line and diagnose the abnormal reason scientifically, which can provide effective measures and available plans to solve the problems and ensure the process quality.In statistical process control, the control chart is an important tool, which is widely used in product quality control as well as in the fields of military, biology, medical and sales. We using CUSUM control chart to solve practical problems. We mainly on the following two aspects of the content to do a study:(1)The quality control of the production of motorcycle flashlight, the factory generally on the flasher flicker frequency detection based on the 3? principle of the Shewhart control chart,so that it can't detect the abnormal situation in production, and reduce the product's pass rate.The CUSUM control chart can detect the small and medium drift of the flicker frequency in time. The CUSUM control chart can monitor the flicker frequency of the flash device and solve the problem of the Shewhart control chart and improve the efficiency of the control chart, and ensuring product quality while saving production costs.(2)In the stock market, the stock trading is generally carry out by using the forecast value of stock. The error between the predicted value and the real value will increase the investment risk . The risk can be monitored by using unilateral CUSUM control chart, which will send out the alarm information to remind the increasing risk. While those venture investors may carry out stock exchange and gain large profits under the premise of great risk.
