As an important content of land reclamation,agricultural land reclamation can effectively promote the rational utilization of land resources,and play the role of integrating cultivated land resources,adjusting the agricultural structure,optimizing the layout of arable land,increasing the quantity of cultivated land,promoting the quality of cultivated land and improving the regional ecological environment.Agricultural land reclamation in new age pays more attention to the sustainability of the utilization of cultivated land resource,which is not only confined to the increase of cultivated land quantity.It lays emphasis on the improvement of cultivated land quality and promotion of the regional ecological service value,aiming at realizing the overall development of urban and rural areas.In addition,constructing the high standard farmland through agricultural land reclamation can plays a positive role in the concentrated distribution of farmland,realization of mechanization and the modernized scale reclamation of agriculture.In this thesis,Dunhua is selected as the study area,and based on the ArcGIS 10.2 platform and Geographical Simulation and Optimization Systems(GeoSOS),the spatial analysis method is applied fully.Led by the requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land,and comprehensively considering the urgent need of cultivated land reclamation,the scale effect of agricultural land,and ecological security,we designate the type of agricultural land reclamation zone.Coupling the result of partition with the clustering result of limiting factor,the factor that limits the reclamation of each type of zone is deeply analyzed,and the difficulty and direction in the reclamation of all types of zone is clarified.Finally,on the basis of the agricultural land reclamation division,we construct the suitability layer of farmland by integrating the natural and economic factors of cultivated land.Through the multi-agent spatial optimal configuration model(Agent LA),the high standard farmland protection areas are automatically generated.The results of this thesis can provide the technical support for the reclamation of farmland in Dunhua and the adjustment of cultivated land layout,optimize influence of land reclamation,and promote the sustainable development of land resources in Dunhua,thus protecting the cultivated land resources,achieving food security and effectively relieving the contradictions between human and land.The results show that:(1)During the forecast period,the spatial distribution of the cultivated land in Dunhua still has the characteristics that the protection and occupation of high quality cultivated land overlap with each other,making the protection of the cultivated land in Dunhua a difficult task.(2)In Dunhua city,the requisition-compensation balance of cultivated land can be be achieved basically,and the quality of supplementary cultivated land is mainly 12 grade.However,in several towns,cultivated land that is needed is much less than that can be supplied,making it difficult to realize the balance between the quality and quantity of cultivated land,especially in Guandi town and Yanming Lake town;(3)The quality ofcultivated land in Dunhua is not high generally,and there is still room for improvement in the quality of cultivated land.The main limiting factors of cultivated land are profile configuration,in addition,the slope,texture of surface soil and depth of obstacle layer have great influence on the quality of cultivated land in Dunhua;(4)Considering the urgency,scale effect and ecological security of cultivated land reclamation,this thesis divides the cultivated land in Dunhua into five types of areas: optimized Reclamation area,key reclamation area,prudent reclamation area,conditional reclamation area,area that should be managed temporarily,and clarifies the reclamation direction and emphasis of all types of zone;(5)AgentLA model has high application value in designating the protection area range of high standard farmland.The designated the protection area range has the characteristics that the number of patches is less,and the area of each patch is larger and more compact,which is favorable to the daily maintenance and reclamation,and promotes concentrated distribution of farmland and scale reclamation of agriculture.
