Fuzzy set theory and multi-attribute decision making are applied in many aspects of real life,it provides a scientific and simple way to solve many problems,and it has important research value.However,with the increasing complexity of social and economic environment,decision makers are subject to the limitations of their own cognitive limitations and the complexity of decision problems,it is often difficult to make the right decisions.Therefore,intuitionistic fuzzy theory and fuzzy multiple attribute decision making theory is still a hot issue,and it is worth further research.In this paper,the detailed arrangement stands out as follows:1.This paper introduces the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy number,and introduce the function of several traditional intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.Due to its failure,so for its deficiency is improved.Considering that the decision maker may be affected by the herd mentality,and the hesitation part is dividede,so as to get the new scoring function.And its properties are discussed.A new ranking method of intuitionistic fuzzy numbers is obtained.2.On this basis,combining with intuitionistic fuzzy weighted average operator is the number of intuitionistic fuzzy multiple attribute decision making method is proposed,and use the example is given to illustrate the method is effective and feasible.
