The study area is located in the eastern part of Shan State,Myanmar,which is located in the northeastern part of the Shan State Plateau in Myanmar.The north is bordering on Xishuangbanna,Yunnan,east of the Mekong River and the Lao Democratic Republic.The West is connected with the second special zone(Wa)The region is rich in resources,excellent mineralization conditions,how to quickly and accurately identify,screening and evaluation of abnormalities,is to determine the effect of ore and economic benefits of the key.In this paper,the measurement data of 1: 2.5 million water sediments in the study area are processed by traditional iterative method and multifractal method respectively,and the results are compared.The results show that the method of multifractal method is that the method is not limited to normal or logarithmic normal distribution,and it can be considered as an effective method to study geochemical field by considering the spatial distribution of geochemical data.Based on the correlation degree,the elements with the correlation coefficient>0.5 were divided into three groups: Ag—Pb—Zn element combination,Au—As(Au—As)—Sb element combination and Fe—Cu—Ni—Co element combination.Since the deposit belongs to the iron—gold deposit,the metal elements with industrial significance are mainly Fe and Au,followed by Ag.Therefore,the evaluation of the element anomaly field is focused on Fe and Au,followed by Ag anomaly.In this paper,according to the symbiosis characteristics of Fe,Au and Ag,the close temporal and spatial relationship between them,and their industrial significance,the above three elements are reduced to Au—Ag,Au and Fe—Au.On the basis of this,the Au—Ag,Au and Fe—Au combination anomalies are evaluated according to the characteristics,scale and intensity of the anomalous field and the actual metallogenic geological background,and the most promising Au—Ag prospecting target area,Au prospecting target area,Fe—Au prospecting target area.
