The Analysis And Design Of Earthquake Emergency Command System Based On The New Generation Information Technology

And due to economic, technological level, there are difficult issues for the construction of earthquake emergency command system in many areas. Earthquake command system,moreover,also have difficulties of the data acquisition,storage space is insufficient,large amount of analysis calculation, resources integration and sharing difficult and emergency command system software and hardware implementation cost is high.Therefore, on the basis of literature research of earthquake emergency command and new generation information technology, combining with the existing problems of earthquake emergency command system in our country, puts forward construction of earthquake emergency command system which based on new generation information technology, the system architecture is based on the cloud computing platform, combined with cloud computing technology's unique advantages, give full play to function of earthquake emergency command system characteristics of the cloud computing technology. In the systems analysis section,the paper analyzed systematically from the system requirements,feasibility, and business process perspective.The design of system mainly includes system architecture design, system function design and system datebase design, and input and output design. After the system design, based on the new generation information technology for earthquake emergency command system prior to the implementation feasibility evaluation. In the end,puts forward the corresponding strategies of the system implementation.The research of earthquake emergency command system based on new generation information technology, to improve the earthquake emergency command status in our country,and the efficiency of earthquake emergency rescue in our country, which has important theoretical and practical significance, moreover, the research of earthquake emergency command system based on new generation information technology improves the informationization level of earthquake emergency, which has an important promoting role.
