Geophone is an important part of mineral resource exploration technology, and its performance directly determines the accuracy of the results. Most of the production of the geophone is committed to the development of a variety of detectors, there are a variety of geophone products. Current geophone test equipment can not meet the market demand, this paper for the large damping of the broadband geophone test instrument was carried out. In the design, taking into account the traditional geophone test, the test instrument has two kinds of geophone test function. Key technologies include: Research on the topic of theoretical analysis, the model and the testing method of broadband geophone, combined with the characteristics of the two kinds of broadband geophone, geophone parameter test;test method: using the improved differential technique of distortion measurement circuit design, the testing accuracy of 1/10000. The communication mode is analyzed, the short distance transmission efficiency of the serial communication technology, the preparation of PC serial port driver and the completion of the lower computer serial circuit design. to achieve the two level data transmission.The main parameters of the geophone are: DC resistance, natural frequency, damping,sensitivity and distortion. The parameters of the test is divided into two parts: (1) Die by double channel output sine wave excitation source, and then to collect the sine signal through the detector, data upload PC by the MCU by serial communication mode will be collected,processed and FFT transform algorithm. get the distortion; (2) Single channel output DC excitation source stability, through the switch, the first voltage test, and then realize the DC resistance test, test of DAC chip DAC1282 produced DC and AC excitation signal parameters with single chip, the test results through the PC Visual end users of Studio 2012 display interface. The main task of this thesis is four:First, the mathematical model is established, the calculation method of the parameters of the geophone is analyzed, the test principle and test method of each parameter are discussed. To analyze the feasibility of the key technology of the geophone tester, and to find out the feasibility of the above four key technologies from the theory, the circuit design.Second, the overall design model is constructed, and the hardware circuit of the multi parameter tester is analyzed, designed and produced by the PCB board. Microprocessor using T1 company developed MSP430F5438a microcontroller, the application of its Flash memory characteristics of the completion of the data storage. Excitation source using DAC 1282 to complete the DC voltage and AC voltage signal generation, using a fully differential design of the data acquisition board ADS 1282 complete signal acquisition.Third, the software part of the tester design and debugging. The software part includes the lower computer software and the upper computer software. Completed the MCU program, the upper and lower computer two serial communication program and PC part of the preparation of the program.Fourth, the performance test of the seismic detector system is completed. By testing the parameters of the over damped and under damped seismic detector, the national standard of the detector is in accordance with the national standard of the detector, and the accuracy, repeatability and anti-interference performance of the tester are good.
