This paper is based on the research subject Characteristics of sedimentary microfacies and reservoir distribution in YingTuo area that the exploration and Development Research Institute of PetroChina Jilin Oilfield Company entrusted to Xinjiang University.Songliao Basin is facing a major strategic adjustment in the development field.Due to insufficient reserve resources,it is urgent to discover new resources.The oil and gas shows in Yingtuo area are active,and with favorable exploration potential,but the sedimentary properties,petroleum accumulation and reservoir forming rule are awaiting to be deeply researched.In this article,we comprehensively using the latest research theories and effective applying methods of seismic stratigraphy sequence,sedimentology,oil and gas basin geology anaysis etc.,and the forwarding and inversion of seismic data,drilling,well logging,mud logging,core lab analysis data,to analysis and research the petroleum accumulation and reservoir forming rule mainly at Heidimiao reservoir,Gaotaizi reservoir,Saertu reservoir,Fuyu reservoir of Yintuo region in southern of Song-liao Basin,by anaysis of source rocks,sedimentary source direction,sedimentary facies,sand bodies profiling,reservoir characteristic,combining regional hydrocarbon accumulation,lithologic reservoir sigle sand bodies and oil-gas controlling.On this basis,it is determined that the sediment in the fourth section of Quantou Formation is controlled mainly by Southwest provenance,the sediment in Qingshankou Formation and Yaojia Formation is controlled mainly by Northwest provenance,the sediment in the third section of Nenjiang Formation is controlled mainly by Northeast provenance;it is determined that the Gaotaizi and Saertu reservoir are Braided river delta front,the Fuyu reservoir is the meandering river delta plain and its front edge,the Heidimiao reservoir are the deep and semi deep lake deposits,Mat sand,distributary Bay and subaqueous distributary channel are comparatively developed;it is concluded that the matching of high quality sand bodies with faults and favorable tectonic settings is the main controlling factor for oil and gas accumulation;a total of 14 oil and gas exploration favorable zones are predicted in the Heidimiao reservoir,the Saertu reservoir,the Gaotaizi reservoir and the Fuyu reservoir of the southern part of Songliao Basin.This paper puts forward the viewpoint that the matching of high quality sand bodies with favorable tectonic units is the main controlling factor in the study area,and the hydrocarbon migration in the Yingtuo area is mainly affected by the tectonic pattern of the uplift and depression.
