Bikou Town is a border town in the southeast of Wenxian,Gansu.It is located on the river terraces of Bailongjiang,surrounded by many mountains.As many other towns in Gansu Province,there is landslides disaster.From 2008 to 2013,landslide H1 and its last grade landslide group,H1-1,H1-2 and H1-3,landslide H2 and its secondary landslide H2-1,and landslide X1 have been developed in Bifeng Village of Bikou Town.The deformation and slippery of the landslides put great psychological pressure on the natives which seriously threaten life and property safety of the people.This thesis base on the Bifeng Village landslides,through on-the-spot investigation and access to information,exploring the causes of landslide,using software GEO5 to calculate the landslide stability under three working conditions by using the limit equilibrium method for slope.Aimed at the development background and existing engineering situation,a landslide prevention method is proposed.By calculating different anti slide pile bearing capacity and capital investment,the optimal size of anti slide pile is obtained.Through research,the following results are obtained in this paper.(1)The terrible structure and unstable mechanical properties of the soil is the most important conditions for the development of landslide.Except the deformation of Landslide H1 caused by earthquake,the remaining landslides deformation is induced by rainfall.(2)Under the condition of weight,landslide H1,H2 are stable and landslide H2-1 is less stable,and the rest are basically stable.Under the rainstorm condition of weight and rainstorm,landslide H2 is stable and landslide H1 is basically stable and the landslide H1-2 is less stable and others are unstable.Under the condition of weight and earthquake,landslide H2 is in stable state and landslide H1 is basically stable and landslide H1-1,H1-2 are less stable and others are unstable.(3)For the landslide H1,the treatment scheme of anti slide piles,retaining plate,cut and drainage is adopted.For landslide H2,the treatment scheme using anchor lattice,retaining plate,cut and drainage is adopted.For landslide X1 the treatment scheme using anchor lattice,cut and drains is adopted.(4)Under the premise of safety,the anti slide pile scheme with section size of 2.4 m × 1.8m,pile length of 29 m and pile spacing of 6m is more economical than other anti slide pile schemes.
