To study the taxa composition,samples were collected from the Jiaozhou Bay in various stations in the summer of 2015 and 2016.Then on the basis,we also studied the diversity,species composition,taxonomy of free-living nematodes in the zone of Jiaozhou Bay.As the result as we can know that the average abundance and biomass of meiobenthos which we studied were 2651 ±707(ind · l0 cm-2)and 1284.8±423.5(?gdwt·10 cm-2)respectively.There are eleven kinds of meiofauna were selected,such as free-living nematodes,copepods nematodes,and in abundance free-living nematodes was the most dominant group?95.7%?.The average abundance and biomass of the free-living nematodes which selected from meiofauna we studied were 2537.8± 676.0(ind · l0 cm-2)and 1015.1±270.6(?gdwt·10 cm-2).In biomass,free-living nematodes was the most dominant group?79.2%?,and followed by copepods?10.8%?,polychaetes?5.9%?and bivalve?2.0%?,etc.As to vertical distribution,there were 56.5% and 53.1% of meiobenthos and nematodes distributed in the surface 0-2cm layer respectively.This research area,including four intertidal station and 16 shallow stance?5.5-5.5 meters?,the benthic environment of the most stance is relatively unstable,nematodes distributed in 0-2 cm and 2-8 cm layers almost evenly.In this paper,we identified 198 kinds of free-living nematodes from the Jiaozhou Bay,and they belonged to 87 genera,27 families and 4 orders.We also found that the nematodes composition varied among different stations,such as JZW-8?85?and JZW-10?26?.The dominant populations in this study contained Parodontophora marina Zhang,1991,Terschellingia longicaudata De Man,1907,Dorylaimopsis turneri Zhang,1992,Setosabatieria coomansi Huang et Zhang,2006,Leptolaimus sp1,Sphaerolaimus gracilis De Man,1884?Among the identified free-living nematodes,one new genus?Ptycholaimelloides gen.nov.?was established,five new species?Ptycholaimelloides qingdaoensis sp.nov.,Dorylaimopsis hetoroapophysis sp.nov.,Sabatieria macrospicula sp.nov.,Sabatieria macrospicula sp.nov.,Wieseria zhoui sp.nov.?and twenty new records were described.In addition,this study provided a complete list of nematodes which have identified to species. |
