The cantilever beam is simple in structure,so it is easy to study in the experiment.However,due to the different characteristics of the internal structure,the nonlinear nonuniformity of the geometrical structure of the material,for the settin g of the damping parameters of the finite element calculation,different researchers due to the different experience result of dynamic simulation are very different.The modern analysis technique makes up some deficiencies,the finite element analysis resu lt,basic rule of vibration analysis of different structural characteristics of the cantilever beam response,provides a general basis for the cantilever beam structure design and structure vibration control.In this paper,the different structural characteristics of the cantilever beam vibration experiment as the research content,and in the same shape the structure of cantilever beam under the condition of different increase in its internal damping material cantilever beam experiment on vibration response is analyzed from theory,experiment and Simulation of cantilever different structure,concludes the general rules.The paper mainly includes the following two aspects:Firstly,the equivalent single degree of freedom model of the cantilever beam,according to vibration theory based analysis of the vibration,vibration test-bed of different structure of the cantilever beam,with free vibration attenuation method in experimental testing,and fitting the data into 1st Opt software to test the response equations,extraction and calculation of cantilever damping ratio and the corresponding characteristics the frequency parameter,and discusses the influence of cantilever beam by using the two feature slot structure and porous structure of different structural parameters on the vibration response of cantilever beam,and the causes of this effect.Finally,in the slot of cantilever beam on the basis of the experiment,in the same shape structure,by the internal structure of two kinds of paste of different materi als and high damping rubber foam,combined into bundle layer structure of cantilever beam,the corresponding vibration response parameters extracted by the same method,compared with the cantilever damping materials the beam data.The law of yield can prov ide the basis for the design of cantilever beam or vibration control for engineering applications.
