Offshore platform is a basic facility for the development of ocean oil and gas resources,it's the base for the offshore production and live,it provides the location for development and utilization of marine resources to offshore operation and life.This paper mainly studies jack-up platform cantilever beam and related structure design.Jack-up Drilling Platform with Cantilever Beam of structural strength is an important indicator for the measuring platform overall work ability and the important part of security for the platform structure.Jack-up drilling platform at the end of the rig on the deck build up by a cantilever beam,derrick,rig,equipment such as drill floor base bearing structure,generally build up by two longitudinal girder(Longitudinal-beam)and connected platform and at the end of the transverse beam(Transversal-frame).Cantilever beam can complete the longitudinal and lateral movement,expand the drilling area and complete the drilling operation.Offshore platform structure needs to withstand complex loads during the service,and all kinds of structure failure caused by serious platform accident loss.In order to make the expensive platform can safely and long-term operation,the study of many aspects for offshore platform since the offshore platform appeared is constantly.In this paper,using the theory of cantilever beam design basis,setting up the function expressions for the cantilever beam and deducing the cantilever beam span values.Through of analysis the jack-up platform with the cantilever beam structure characteristics and work conditions,respectively using the mathematical model and finite element method carried out the cantilever beam structure strength,and comparing the calculation results of two methods,analysis of the pros and cons.Mathematical model method is based on foundation beam theory to establish mathematical model of cantilever beam and calculated by manual for the shear,flexural capacity and the bearing capacity of the cantilever support.Finite element method have reference existing projects,using the 3D software Abaqus6.10-1 as the auxiliary function,according to the design of cantilever beam structure dimensions to establish a three-dimensional model,simulation working condition of the stress of the cantilever beam work condition and environment of sea,so as to realize the design and check of cantilever beam structure of structural strength.Then,according to international classification rules requirements,finite element strength analysis was carried out on the design structure,and to determine the safety and reliability of the cantilever beam structure.
