Tight sandstone reservoirs usually have the characteristics of low porosity,low permeability,poor connectivity and strong heterogeneity.When using wave impedance inversion method to deal with it,the effect isn't satisfactory.Therefore,the article proposes the concept of seismic waveform parameters,making an accurate description of seismic waveform by using seismic waveform parameters,and then using them to achieve high-precision earthquake prediction of tight sandstone reservoir.Firstly,this article introduces the concept of seismic waveform parameters,including the centroid,mean,variance,RMS amplitude,arc length,twist,kurtosis,thus to make a fine characterization of seismic waveform.On this basis,to make a calculation of the correlation coefficient between waveform parameters and reservoir parameters,and then study the impact of reservoir parameters on seismic waveform.Finally,comparing the mathematics methods of multiple linear regression,BP neural network,kernel function,selecting the best one to make a prediction of porosity,permeability,the gas saturation,the thickness of sandstone.The results show that when the porosity increases,the seismic wave overall shifts to the right,and the seismic wave amplitude increases;when the permeability and the gas saturation increases,the seismic wave will overall shifts to the right;when the sand body thickness increases,the seismic wave will shift to the left as a whole.Using waveform parameters of tight sandstone reservoir to make a prediction,the method of nonlinear effect is generally better than the linear method,the reservoir prediction using waveform parameter can more accurately reflect reservoir parameters on the plane heterogeneity,and it will have more guiding significance in non-well control area.
