The Shangmingyu gold deposit is located on the Taihangshan tectonic belt extending from the Shanghuangqi-Wulonggou deep fault,is a typical deposit of detachment belt type gold deposit controlled by mantle branch structure.The exact position is the northern margin of the mantle branch of Fuping.Based on the analysis of mine geology,regional geology,petrochemistry,mantle branch structure control and orebody basic characteristics,the following understanding:1 This area has experienced the base formation stage from Fuping and later,such as Fuping,Wutai and Hutuo(Gantaohe),and then deposited the stratum of the Great Wall to Middle Ordovician.Since the Jurassic has experienced a strong Yanshan movement,along the Shanghuangqi-Oolonggou deep fault formation of beaded distribution of rock,volcanic rocks,minerals.2 It is considered that Dahenan and adjacent areas of rock is a mixture of magma after the formation of fully differentiated crystallization.This mixture is made by the ertical flow and anti gravity migrationthe of earth each circle layers caused by mantle plume rising and cascade evolution.Therefore,it is considered that the DaHeNan rock mass and its adjacent area rock mass should be the core rock mass of mantle branch structure.The upper superimposed basin,annular,radial and other faults which are produced or activated by the rock mass,the old metamorphic rock and the core rock mass,are formed in the mantle branch structure.3 Based on gravity and magnetic data interpretation,shanghuangqi-Oolong ditch deep fault tilted to the southeast,deep mantle.We think it is the rising channel of Fuping mantle branch.4 The Shangmingyu gold deposit is located in the secondary uplift of Fuping mantle branch structure---the southeast detachment belt of the DaHenan rock body.The ore body is strictly controlled by detachment belt and secondary detachment belt.The metallogenetic gold is mainly derived from the deep evolution of the mantle plume-mantle sub-column-mantle branch5 The ore-rich section of No.8 orebody is because the NW-trending fault intersects with the NE-trending fault here.Provided the ore-forming space and physical condition changed.No.7 orebody appears rich ore is mainly because of the surrounding rock wall section of the ore body is carbonaceous shale barrier and chemical field change.
