Research On Regional Collaborative Mapping Technology Based On Photogrammetric Data

With the development of digital photogrammetry and Remote sensing technology,huge progresses have been achieved about image capturing and data collecting,both in method and technology.However,the traditional digital mapping method with photogrammetric data doesn't keep up with such progress,with its management method on production a nd its operating mode changed little:its manufacture pattern remain being traditional separating operators working on separating mapsheet lacking communication and cooperation,and its data remain being stored in local files,thus leading the results of lo ng production cycle and low efficiency in digital mapping with photogrammetric data.In this paper,the author,with pratical perspective,analyzes the technologies of spatial database,CSCW,grid computing.Then the author analyzes the development status of his peer industry.Based on above work,the author probes and researches the problems in collaborative mapping with photogrammetric data,using CSCW technology,spatial database technology,grid computing technology and theory,technology and method related to collaborative mapping.The main work in this article are as follwings:1.the author elaborates the technologies of CSCW,grid computing and theory related to regional collaborative mapping with photogrammetric data;then the author introduces two platforms used:a digital mapping system named MappingStar and a geographic spatial database named BeyonDB;2.In order to effiently organize and manage the data generated while regional collaborative mapping,and satisfy the requirement of mapping task at the same time,the author designs a database model with dynamic parameters using the table structure that contains constant field type and variable field type,and in this way the author implements the organazation and management of the mapping data;3.Considering the actual situation in regional collabirative mapping,in this paper the author uses locking control mechanism to restrict the operating authority of the operator in his working region,and a method for coordinating multi-user accessing,thus solving the problem of operating conflict and accessing violation,which are inevitable in collaborative working of multi-user.4.In this paper,the author establishes the framework for regional collaborative mapping system,and designs a core workflow of the system whic h implements the management of producing relying on network.This system has been applied in actual production operations.
