The dry bulk handing system is used to convey dry bulks in the airtight pipe by the way of pneumatic conveying,and has been widely applied in many aspects such as anchor handling tug supply vessel,platform supply vessel,offshore drilling rigs,bulk cement carrier and ash conveyer wharf so on.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the marine market,the domestic dry bulk handing system has been developing rapidly.However,compared to the foreign countries,the research of the dry bulk handing system in our country is still relatively backward,and has some problems,such as the high cost of equipment procurement and big size of the bulk tank so on,leading to the high sales price of the system and increasing the difficult of shipbuilding.For the current developing problem of the dry bulk handling system in our country,this paper has carried out research on the design of the suck-press dry bulk handing system and to lay the foundation for the cost cutting and improve efficiency of the dry bulk handling system suppliers and improving the competitive power of industries.The contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,based on the positive pressure dry bulk handling system,this paper has carried out the design of the suck-press dry bulk handling system by replacing the bulk p-tank with the atmospheric chamber and adding the re-loader tank and vacuum pump which realize the circular convey combing the positive and negative pressure.This design of the system contains the system configuration,working principle and process,automatic control system,automatic control system interface and some special requirements.Secondly,based on the class G oil well cement as the conveying medium,this paper simulate the working conditions of getting into and out the cement granule and conveying efficiency of the surge tank using the solidworks,hypermesh and fluent software for verifying the feasibility and conveying ability of the suck-press dry bulk handling system to meet engineering needs.In the numerical simulation of the working condition of getting into the cement granule,this paper analysis the motion characteristics of granules in the tank and mass flow rate at the outlet for determining the time and efficiency of getting into granules,and increasing the time and improving the efficiency of getting into granules by adjusting the structure of re-loader tank.In the numerical simulation of the working condition of getting out the cement granule,based on the arrangement,length and air volume of conveying pipes in the drilling platform,this paper simulate the working condition to meet the conveying rhythm by matching the time of getting into and out granules.Based on reducing the energy consumption of the system,this paper determining the air volume at the inlet.In the numerical simulation of the conveying efficiency of surge tank,this paper research on the conveying efficiency of the surge tank with the different granule size with the same air velocity and solid-gas ratio and determining the convey efficiency with the reasonable granule size based on the lower energy consumption.Lastly,this paper gets the convey efficiency and ability of the suck-press dry bulk handling system by calculating the average mass flow rate of the inlet and outlet.
