China has vast territory,frequent geological disasters.Ground fissures as a regional geological disaster,the city construction,economic development and the people's personal property security posed a threat.With the development of network technology,the use of WebGIS technology to build the geological disaster monitoring and prevention and control of the relevant geographic information system,you can reduce the input of human and material resources and improve the efficiency of disaster prevention and control.However,the traditional WebGIS is limited by the development of technology,in the system of visualization,scalability,human-computer interaction and so there are various shortcomings.Therefore,the comprehensive application of today's mainstream information technology,the establishment of a new generation of geological disasters WebGIS application system is the current disaster prevention and control work in urgent need to solve the problem.Based on the ArcGIS API and the mainstream network technology and the ASP.NET MVC framework,this paper studies the development technology and implementation method of the new generation of application WebGIS based on the "Corrosion Evaluation and Prevention System of Underground Pipe Network".First of all,according to the problems existing in the development of traditional WebGIS,the key technology is selected and the feasibility of the system structure is analyzed;Secondly,based on the system requirements,the technical scheme design,database design and control design of the system are expounded The Focusing on the system to achieve the principle of the system,the database of data storage,control design principles.From the server operation and maintenance and business logic,focusing on ASP.NET MVC development model and EF entity framework;Finally,the completion of the "Xi'an area of ground geological hazard management and analysis system" design and development.The paper has made the following achievements and conclusions.1)Selected today's popular information technology as the basis for system construction.Research and analysis of the literal scripting language JavaScript and Web page asynchronous update Ajax technology,and the completion of the client RIA technology and development framework selection,to achieve a greater than the traditional WebGIS technology changes,greatly enhance the system's interactive capabilities.2)To complete the overall design of the system and the choice of development model.According to the system requirements analysis,the system classification of the system is completed.With SQL Server and Access database different characteristics,optimize the spatial geographic information data storage structure,complete the relevant data classification,centralized management and so on.ASP.NET MVC as a system development model,reducing the coupling between the various systems.The introduction of the physical framework of the database to carry out the operation,the full use of object-oriented development approach to reduce the workload and strengthen the business logic investment.3)Initially completed the construction of the system.Around the system module design,complete the development of user controls.Combined with the secondary development interface of Arc GIS,the detailed design of the system function,the algorithm optimization,and finally build a highly efficient and interactive geological disaster three-dimensional visualization system.
